  This place is a joke. Rude and I didn't get all of my taxes because the guy was new and didn't know what the hell he was doing. I should have done it myself. I'm never going to this dump again. Period.

  When I tried to do my taxes myself, I came up with a much different tax return amount. I ended up receiving an additional 4,000.00 when I used this H&R block. I would recommend them if your taxes are not overly complicated. They did hunt for additional tax deductions for me that I did not think of. All in All it has been a positive experience and this will be my 4th year using them.

  Took my taxes to them and ended up paying a huge fine because they didn't count part of my income. When I called I was told that it's not their fault since I forgot to report that part of my income. I did tell them about it, and was told it's not a taxable part of my income. It's even listed on my return as non taxable. The IRS charged me late fees until paid off. Will never trust H&R Block again....
